Temple Presents Epilogue to The Laramie Project
Temple University has been selected as one of only 100 theater companies across the U.S. to present a staged reading of The Laramie Project—10 Years Later.

The work is an epilogue to The Laramie Project, an acclaimed play and movie about the 1998 murder of a young gay man, Matthew Shepard. Written by the creators of the original, the play will be presented on the 11th anniversary of Shepard’s death, and Temple’s is the only theater company in the Philadelphia area chosen to stage it.

The presentation of The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later is a joint project of Temple Theaters and The Baptist Temple, the newly renovated on-campus performance venue.
