Join Dean Doukas and faculty members for a wine tasting conversation, led by Domenico Fierro, an expert in Italian wines. Learn more about the processing of grapes, from the growing to the final bottling. Fierro will discuss the difference between US and European laws regarding wines, as well as the exporting process and how restaurants select their wines.

Bring plenty of business cards to network and to be entered into a drawing for great prizes.
