Thank you so much for agreeing to partipate in the preview and testing phase for alumni.temple.edu and giving.temple.edu!

On Sept. 1, both sites will launch to replace myowlspace.com. Over the next few days, you are invited to participate in the preview and beta testing before the sites go live.

Testing begins now and closes at 5 PM on Wednesday, Aug. 22.

1. Here are a few things to keep in mind as you go through the testing environment:
   Events and form pages will not be updated until the night before the launch. These pages will say "Testers! You've clicked on a link to a page that will be migrated during the next phase of our redesign." Just follow the link in that message to return to the new site.
2. DO NOT put personal data into forms! Any forms that you fill out in this test environment will be visible to other testers. Therefore, please do not fill out any personal information in the forms and do not complete the billing step on the forms.

Test for the following issues (please look for true errors -- not wording and image changes, which can addressed soon after launch if needed):

• Broken and incorrect links
• Misspellings or grammatical errors
• Factual errors
• Formatting issues
• Photo issues
• Form issues
• Website header issues
• Navigation corrections
• Footer corrections
