Dear colleagues,

We are very pleased to share with you a preview of the Alumni Weekend 2012 online registration. This year, Alumni Relations and Communications are testing new software that allows us to target our email marketing in a more complex way, and that allows us to better customize the registration experience. That said, any implementation of a new process brings unexpected bumps.

We seek your help in reviewing and testing that it works properly. Here are a few tips for completing registration during the testing phase:
• For the username and password, please use your first initial and last name.
• For the payment process, please select "Contact me by phone ."

Over the next two days, please take a few minutes to "test drive" registration and check out the Alumni Weekend landing pages.

All feedback on registration is due to Erin James, edjames@temple.edu, by Friday, Feb. 24, end of day.
(That will give our teams time to collect the feedback, address issues with the software vendor on Monday and – ideally – make final tweaks in time for a March 1 launch.)

In particular, we are looking for:
• Misspellings or typos
• Incorrect links
• Functionality problems

If your school, college or unit is hosting an Alumni Weekend event, please review the event name and details to ensure that times, dates, locations and other details are accurate. Changes/corrections not received by end of day Friday will not be incorporated until after launch, as the system will go into "lockdown" in order to ensure the March 1 launch.
