It was a pleasure to meet with all of you and thank you for sharing your stewardship practices and ideas with me. I look forward to working with each of you to help enhance your relationships with your donors.
This short email will be sent out once a month to give you ideas and to notify you of upcoming events. If you have suggestions or feedback on what you would like to see next month, I'd love to hear them. Thank you all for the great work you do for Temple! I'm excited to be a part of your team.
Best,

Donor Touch Ideas
• The School of Pharmacy doesn't let its academic ceremonies come and go. They make sure to use them as an opportunity to let their high level donors see firsthand the impact they have. Donors are invited to "cloak" graduates on stage as they receive their white coats bringing their donors in direct contact with the students they impact.

• Been out of touch with one of your capital project donors? Send them a handwritten note letting them know you walked through or by the project that they helped to fund and were reminded of their generosity.

•Send a note of congratulations when you hear that one of your top-rated alumni receives an award or promotion.

• Send copies of news articles that highlight your unit's updates to donors with a personal note letting them know that without them news like this would not be possible. |
