It's hard to believe that Commencement is right around the corner. I hope each of you are finding ways to incorporate stewardship into Temple's year-end events. An easy and effective way to do this is mentioned in Donor Touch Tips below.

Thanks to the talented Alumni and Development Communications team, the Report from the President has been mailed to leadership-level donors and prospects. To view an online version of the report, visit the Executive Office of the President's website in the coming weeks. Additionally, take a look at the newly added online donor honor roll.

Happy Stewarding!

Donor Touch Tips

• Have you had an awards reception, a stewardship event or other gathering with donors where photos have been taken? We will soon have Temple photo folders in which to insert pictures from your events and send as an added stewardship touch. For special donors or donor events, a photo book with multiple pictures also can be ordered.

• Host a 5- or 10-year capital campaign reunion party at the building/space that donors helped to fund.

•Are you looking for something more than a form letter to thank a donor for a recent donation? Consider having a short thank-you letter written on their favorite kind of cake and delivering it to their house.

• Arrange a visit with your donor and a faculty member who teaches in their area of interest.

• Invite donors to attend year-end student presentations.

• Have students lead an individual donor or group of donors on a tour through your facility.

Contact me for assistance implementing any of the above ideas, or for any other help I can provide in stewarding your individual donors. I am happy to help in any way I can.
