Development: We have made significant progress in increasing our fundraising staff; we currently have 78 Gift Officers working toward our goal of $72.6M. Our most recent hires to support this effort are:
- Athletics hired Kaitlin Livezey as the Assistant Director for Development. They have two remaining Major Gift Officer positions to be filled.
- The College of Education has selected Susie Suh to fill the Director of Development position.
- With Melodie Carter’s hire as a full-time Development Associate, we have completed five of the six positions afforded the Arts Team.
- Corporate and Foundation Relations has hired one of two Associate Directors.
- The College of Liberal Arts hired Maria Papa as Associate Director of Development.
- Dentistry is augmenting its staff with a dedicated Communications Associate.
Marketing and Advancement Communications:
- Web Communications has completed the hires of Thomas Cassidy and Olga Quejada as the two new Web Developers, rounding out the final additions to this team for FY2013.
- We are drawing near to fully staffing the University Marketing team with the hire of Erin Mulrooney as the Associate Director of Digital Marketing, and the addition of a Director of Marketing and an Associate Director of New Media.
In addition, 29 positions are approved and either are or soon will be posted in key strategic growth areas, including: Marketing and Communications; Alumni Relations; Central, School/College and Athletics Development; and Advancement Services.
Good News in Institutional Advancement:
