Temple University’s Theater Department will honor founding Temple Theater department faculty members Professors Kathy Garrinella and Daniel Boylen, who are retiring after a combined 100 years (between them!) of dedicated service to Temple Theaters.
The reception will take place prior to a showing of Temple’s production of Spring Awakening.
The reception is FREE, but reservations are required.
Following the reception, we cordially invite you to attend a free performance of Spring Awakening as well.

We know that Kathy and Daniel will be thrilled to see and reconnect with their past students, so please do your best to come out and join us and your fellow Alumnae, your former faculty, staff, Emerita faculty, and our current students for this unprecedented celebration of two ‘founding pillars’ of Temple Theaters.
Temple Theaters Launches TT45
We are dedicating our 45th Season to our Alumni, celebrating your historic and ongoing creative contributions to the local, regional and national entertainment industry and your continued civic leadership and advocacy for the arts.
To that end this fall we are launching TT45 our first full-bore grass-roots Social Media Campaign aimed at constructing a richly populated, diverse, interactive, and up-to-date national Temple Theaters Alumni Advocacy Social Network.
Please spread the word as Temple Theaters goes ‘viral’: We hope to regularly post feature notable alums, links to our department web and blog posts, photos and videos of current Temple Theater activity and events and more!
