The recent Grammy-nominated Temple University Symphony Orchestra, comprised of current undergraduate and graduate students from the Boyer College of Music and Dance, has an upcoming performance in your area. In addition to the concert, a pre-concert alumni reception is being planned and will take place nearby (location TBD).

Featuring the New York premiere of a new work for Orchestra and Tuba: Reflections on the Mississippi by Michael Daugherty, commissioned by the Boyer College of Music and Dance at Temple University. Carol Jantsch, Principal Tuba with the Philadelphia Orchestra, is the tuba soloist.

Starting Tuesday, February 5, concert tickets will be available at the Alice Tully Hall Box office (1941 Broadway, New York, NY 10023), by calling 212.721.6500, or at lincolncenter.org. The ticket prices are: $20-35, $10 for students and seniors.
