Elijah Anderson: The Cosmopolitan Canopy
Temple University Libraries are thrilled to welcome Elijah Anderson, the William K. Lanman, Jr. Professor of Sociology at Yale University, and one of the leading urban ethnographers in the U.S. Anderson will discuss his most recent book, The Cosmopolitan Canopy, focusing on the chapter on the food-filled Reading Terminal Market. This event is part of our Gather Around the Table series.

Radical Jewish Philaldelphia
Join us for Radical Jewish Philadelphia, an interdisciplinary arts and public history program. This event is collaboratively developed by Tyler’s Community Arts Practices Program, the Feinstein Center for American Jewish History, and Temple University Libraries. The symposium includes performances, lectures, exhibitions and lunch, all of which will coincide with Alumni Weekend.

This event is on the Paley Library first floor in addition to the lecture hall.
