Dr. Kozera served in nearly every role imaginable: physician, professor, overseer of accreditation, interim dean, master of ceremonies at every White Coat and Commencement, ambassador, administrator, advisor, and friend. More than that, he was the heart and soul of our beloved school. Dr. Kozera directly shaped the lives and educations of generations of Temple medical students.
To honor Dr. Kozera and his incredible legacy, Temple University School of Medicine has established the Richard Kozera, M.D. Memorial Fund. This fund will create, in perpetuity, an annual lectureship in Dr. Kozera’s name relating to innovations and improvements in medical education.
Please consider making a gift to the Richard Kozera, M.D. Memorial Fund and join us in honoring this champion of Temple University School of Medicine. To donate, visit giving.temple.edu/Kozera. |
