Dear Colleagues:
Earlier this year, the university partnered with 160over90, a Philadelphia-based branding agency, to evolve the existing Temple Made campaign and brand platform. Over the past nine months, a number of you have played an active and significant role in this university-wide brand development initiative. Your contributions and insights throughout this process have been invaluable.
Our discovery and research phase resulted in more than 350 interviews with students, faculty, staff, alumni and external constituents. The insight gathered through these interviews helped 160over90 evolve the existing brand and messaging to ensure flexibility and effectiveness for all of the university's schools, colleges, units and audiences.
We are eager to re-connect with you and share what we have developed from your input and great ideas. Please join us for a town hall session that will give you a first-hand look at the advertising, web and video components of the initial awareness campaign that will roll out in the coming weeks.
Town Halls:
Thursday, October 23
-
11:30 a.m.–1 p.m.
-
3:30–5 p.m.
Friday, October 24
All sessions will be held in the MBA Commons on the 7th floor of Alter Hall and will cover:
-
Why branding is important in higher education
-
The strategy behind the evolved Temple brand
-
A look at some of the new brand work for the University
These town halls are open to the Temple community. We look forward to seeing you.
Regards,
Karen B. Clarke
