Hello TUSPM Alumni!
My name is Sarah Morrison, and I am a second-year student at TUSPM. In addition to my studies, I am the president of the Student Running Club. In this capacity, I wanted to invite you to join us at a University event taking place during Alumni Weekend.
On the morning of Saturday, April 25, Temple University will be hosting the Capt. Eileen Bradley 5K Run and Fun Walk for alumni and current students. The TUSPM running club members, TUSPM faculty, and other students will be participating, and we would love to have you join us! Learn more and register here. We hope to see you at the race!
While we are in touch, I also wanted to apprise you of an amazing opportunity my classmates will be participating in this summer. Along with esteemed TUSPM Biomechanics professor, Dr. James Furmato, ’95, approximately 20 students will visit West Point Military Academy where they will conduct research on cadets’ feet and the impact their shoe gear and training have on their podiatric health.
My classmates are hoping to raise $3,200 to help cover the cost of transportation, lodging, and meals for all of them. Please consider supporting us by visiting this secure link.
