Mark your calendars for a Saturday afternoon yoga and creative writing workshop with fellow young alumni from the College of Education. After the hour-long workshop, we will make our way to a nearby restaurant for brunch and keep the good vibes going!

The founders, instructors and fellow Temple alumnae of BRIDGE use yoga and writing as tools to empower citizens to grow their voices and tell their stories. Their teacher workshops include an introduction to vinyasa flow, reflective journal writing and tangible ways to incorporate mindfulness practices into your own classroom.

The Young Alumni Advisory Council (YAAC) considers any graduate that has completed their work of studies in 15 years or less as a “young alumni” of the institution. For more information and to get involved as a leader with YAAC,
please email yaac@temple.edu.
