Men’s Basketball Announces High-Profile Four-Star Recruiting Class
Four ESPN.com four-star men’s basketball recruits signed National Letters of Intent to attend Temple, announced Fran Dunphy, the Owls’ head coach. Justyn Hamilton, a 6-foot-10-inch, 190-pound power forward out of Independence High (Charlotte, NC); Nate Pierre-Louis, a 6-foot-4-inch, 185-pound shooting guard out of Roselle Catholic High (Jersey City, NJ); J.P. Moorman, a 6-foot-7-inch, 205-pound small forward out of Greensboro Day School (NC); and De’Vondre Perry, a 6-foot-6-inch, 220-pound small forward out of Polytechnic Institute (Baltimore, MD) make up arguably the highest-profile class in Dunphy’s 11-year tenure at the school. Temple Athletics Ranked in Top 25 for NCAA Graduation Success Rate
Temple Athletics cracked the Top 25 where it matters most—graduating its student-athletes. Data released today by the NCAA shows that Temple University student-athletes posted an 88 percent graduation success rate (GSR), which sets a school record for the seventh consecutive year.
