Dear Temple Travelers,

Our alumni are the pride of Temple University and we value your support of the Temple Travels program. By graciously opening yourselves to these adventures, you have been an invaluable partner in making this initiative a success.

The Office of Alumni Relations is currently undergoing a comprehensive assessment and strategic planning process with the goal of aligning existing resources with programmatic priorities. As always, our aim is to enrich the lives of our more than 308,000 living alumni through meaningful and relevant programs around the globe.

To achieve this goal, we will temporarily be placing the Temple Travels program on hold. To that end, you will notice there are no trips currently planned for 2017. Please know it is our intention to relaunch these offerings as soon as possible so that we may continue to host these unique Temple Made adventures.

As part of this process, Amy Goerwitz, the current director of this program, will be leaving Temple at the end of June. Amy has been a passionate and creative leader for the Temple Travels program over the past three years. Her positive, adventurous spirit will be missed by her colleagues and the many travelers who have gotten to know her through the program.

We invite you to visit our Temple Travels website to monitor developments as they unfold. In the meantime, the following trips are scheduled through 2016 and we encourage you to join us:

With appreciation for your continued engagement and friendship,
Lynn
