Temple University College of Public Health presents:

Generations in the Workplace

Please join Dr. Magda Peck, Dr. Gil Hoffer and a professional multigenerational panel offering a variety of perspectives on leadership development and practice.

Generational differences in world perspectives, rapid changes in the public health and healthcare landscape, and the growing mandate to address the role of equity and social justice in achieving better health outcomes create new leadership challenges for healthcare and public health organizations. The goals of this symposium are to raise awareness of this emergent issue for both new and experienced practitioners, offer best-practice education, and provide a skill-building opportunity where participants can use case studies to develop strategies for their organizations. Registration will close soon.
