Welcome our new Honors advisor:
Jackie Van Orden
Homecoming tent

You can look long and hard but are unlikely to find a human who possesses a more intense and unparalleled love of dogs than the newest addition to the Honors team, Jackie Van Orden. It’s possible that you’ve seen her on bended knee, petting any and every canine that crosses Temple’s campus. While she is new to Honors, she has been a member of the Temple family since 2013, working as an advisor in the Fox School of Business and as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Education (teaching Tweens & Teens.)

Stay connected with Honors

Want to connect with current Honors students? Interested in giving a talk on campus about the industry you work in or your cool job? We need alumni like you to enrich the Honors experience for our current students.

If you have been looking for a way to give back, we would love to host you on campus for a day (virtually or in person!) We can set up a casual lunch with a few Honors students, put together a panel or create an evening program so students can find out what life after Temple is all about. Email honors@temple.edu with your ideas and we’ll help you get started!
