Introducing Klein College
Last week, Owls from far and wide gathered at the Temple Performing Arts Center to celebrate and honor Lew Klein and the renaming of the School of Media and Communication as Klein College of Media and Communication. Bob Saget emceed the event and, of course, started Snapchatting as soon as he hit the stage.

Volunteers needed for EarthFest 2017

Ambler Campus’ annual educational festival, EarthFest, is fueled by volunteers. If you’re interested in spending a day outside soaking up the vitamin D while supporting a good cause, contact earthfest@temple.edu. This year’s festival is April 28, 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. A range of volunteer shifts are available.

Athletics study measures football’s media impact

Temple Football’s winning 2016 season earned major attention for the Owls through national broadcasts, newspaper columns and online publications. According to a study conducted by Temple University Athletics, the coverage yielded 880 million impressions valued at approximately $38 million.
