The findings suggest that the driving service Uber reduced the number of drinking and driving deaths in California.       Temple first in Philly to test blood disorder drug   Temple University Hospital and Fox Chase Cancer Center are the only facilities in Philadelphia to take part in an international study on the use of a novel drug in the treatment of blood disorders.
