Landmark drama launches Temple Theaters’ 48th season
Temple Theaters opens this week with a 40th anniversary production of for colored girls who have considered suicide/when the rainbow is enuf by poet and activist Ntozake Shange. Shange and Broadway director Oz Scott will make a special appearance at the Temple Performing Arts Center to discuss the historic play’s development on Sunday, Sept. 20, at 4 p.m.
