Road work on Norris Street
A portion of Norris Street from Broad to 12th streets will be closed to traffic on an intermittent basis between Dec. 15, 2015, and Feb. 1, 2016, as Philadelphia Gas Works replaces an underground line. Work will continue east to 3rd Street after that time.
Pedestrian traffic across Norris Street will also be affected. Pedestrians will need to walk west or east around the construction areas. Plan accordingly and exercise caution and awareness around the PGW construction sites.
