About Glen Thompson, Distinguished Alumni Award honoree
Glenn “GT” Thompson (M.Ed.’98) was elected last fall to the United States House of Representatives for Pennsylvania’s fifth district, the largest congressional district in the state, and the second largest east of the Mississippi River. Rep. Thompson, a therapist and rehabilitation services manager in Lycoming County for 26 years, has previously served as Centre County Republican chairman, on the Republican State
Committee and as a member of the Republican National Convention delegation.
