Courses open to the community include:

• Individual instruction in instruments, voice, composition and theory
• Suzuki violin or piano for children (ages 4 to 8 yrs.)  
• Adult classes including:
• Piano for Busy Adults
• Learning to Sing
• Instrument Repair Workshops
• Suzuki teacher training (approved by the Suzuki Association of the Americas)

Additional classes for children include:

• Pre-twinkle Piano (ages 3 to 5 yrs.)
• Early Childhood Music Foundations (newborns through pre-school)
• Movement, Modern Dance and Ballet (pre-school through teens)
• The Center for Gifted Young Musicians high-level string ensemble program (ages 6 to 18 yrs.) and children’s choirs (ages 8 to 18 yrs.)
• The Community Music Scholars Program (for Philadelphia school-age children with need who are nominated by their school music director/teacher)

Alumni and friends also are welcome to join us for the Festival of Young Musicians held May 1 – 9.
