Dear student,
Thank you for registering for Student Networking Night with Alumni Mentors on Tuesday, February 16!
The event will begin promptly at 5:00 PM in room 200 of the Student Center. You must check-in upon arrival to receive your name tag. Alumni will be on hand to help you practice and improve your networking skills, and you will gain valuable experience in introducing yourself to others and making conversation. Alumni will give you immediate feedback and suggestions. Dress in professional attire and wear comfortable shoes since you will be standing for much of the evening. Light refreshments will be served.
At the close of the event, there will be a drawing for the new Louis A. Valletta Memorial Networking Award, named in honor of a Temple University alumnus. The winner will receive a Macy’s gift certificate to purchase a professional wardrobe.
Following the networking event, you are invited to hear Dr. Sandy Kyrish on "Keep Bouncing Back: Cultivating Resiliency in Life and Leadership," presented by the Office of Leadership Development. The presentation will conclude at 8:00 PM.
