A panel of speakers who are experts in commercial and residential real estate, economics and appraisal will consider current influences and direction of the market.

$25 for non-alumni; $15 for Temple alumni; $5 for students. Cash bar. Hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Moderator: William C. Dunkelberg, professor of economics, Temple University. Frequently seen on major news networks and congressional hearings, Dr. Dunkelberg will incorporate his economic theory throughout the discussion.

Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP
President of Temple Law Alumni Association and partner in the Commercial Litigation Department of his firm. Adler will focus on today's legal matters and "hot topics" in real estate.

Walter D'Alessio, NorthMarq Capital
Vice chairman of NorthMarq Capital, as well as member of the board of directors and senior managing director of real estate consulting group at NorthMarq. D'Alessio will take aim at economists and real estate practitioners across the industry.

Richard Gottlieb, Keystone Property Group
Senior vice president of operations and development at Keystone Property Group. Gottlieb will talk about the Commercial Office Market in "Where we are now and what do we expect for the future?"

Tom Petro, Fox Chase Bank
CEO of Fox Chase Bank. Petro will share a wealth of experience and insight into the banking and lending perspective of the current real estate market.

Karen Randal, Department of Commerce
Director of business attraction and retention – City of Philadelphia. Randal will talk about "what is and what will be" for real estate in Philadelphia.

Edward A Welch, III, Higgins & Welch Real Estate, Inc.
President of Higgins & Welch Real Estate. Welch will share his unique perspective as both a real estate broker and appraiser in the trenches of mass foreclosures.
