Five years of onsite investigation in hundreds of Starbucks coffee shops around the world led Bryant Simon to a fresh understanding of how and why the company took such a hold on Americans' sense of themselves.

Both events will be held from noon to 1:30 PM at Temple University Center City, room 222, 1515 Market St., Philadelphia, PA.

$13 per person per event includes presentation and discussion, box lunch and beverage

$9 per person per event for Temple graduates of 2001-2010
