Temple University College of Education, Office of Sustainability, and Black Alumni Alliance

Thank you for volunteering to be a part of the service project at Paul L. Dunbar School on Friday! This is a very special project, and we're so excited that you're going to be a part of it! Below you will find important information regarding this event.

What: The College of Education is partnering with the Office of Sustainability and the Temple University Black Alumni Alliance (TUBAA) to work with Paul L. Dunbar School in hosting a day of service to commemorate the life of Martin Luther King Jr. We will be painting radiators, sprucing up the classrooms (all with environmentally friendly products), and laying down directional lines for students. We will also watch a mural artist bring a wall to life in the school. All supplies related to the project have been generously donated, including the mural, the artist's time and service, and breakfast AND lunch for volunteers.

When: Friday, Jan. 14, 9:00 AM-3:30 PM

Where: Meet in the auditorium at Paul L. Dunbar School, 1750 North 12th St., Philadelphia
