A tribute concert in memory of Professor John T. Douglas, music director of the Temple University Opera from 1989 to 2010, featuring Metropolitan Opera stars Denyce Graves, Eric Owens and Victoria Livengood performing opera arias and ensembles from Carmen, The Pearl Fishers, The Medium, Samson and Delilah and others.
Free and open to the public. When you register at myowlspace.com/johndouglastribute, you can share your memories of Professor Douglas and can sign up to participate in singing "Va pensiero" from Verdi's Nabucco.
