From the Alumni President...

Jerry Vigna

Just last month Temple University held its 125th commencement ceremony. The CLA Alumni Association was proud to welcome more than a thousand new members. It seems like we are celebrating record-breaking classes of graduates every year.

The night before graduation, I had the privilege of representing the CLA Alumni Association at the college's baccalaureate ceremony. Our alumni association has been hosting the baccalaureate awards ceremony for more than 30 years. This year we awarded $74,600 to 95 of the college's brightest students. It was a proud night for everyone from Dean Soufas to the students' friends and family.

In this edition of The Bridge you'll find lots of coverage of our spring celebrations. You can look forward to a Homecoming preview in our next issue later this summer.

Let's go Owls!
