Owls take Manhattan: Temple band, fans, pride appear on ‘Good Morning America’
When ABC’s Good Morning America invited Temple University students to participate in the show’s annual “College Week” broadcasts at GMA’s studios in New York City, they asked for school spirit. What they got was a two-day takeover loud enough to shake Times Square!

Temple Rises in National University Rankings
Demonstrating its ability to provide quality educational programs, the university climbed once again in the U.S. News & World Report annual rankings of the top national institutions of higher education.

Research Revenues at Temple Mark Unprecedented Growth
Temple University experienced an unprecedented 20 percent increase in its external research funding, from $120.6 million in the 2011-12 fiscal year to $145.2 million in fiscal year 2012-2013.

Michael Eshleman, ENG ’67, of Cochranville, has been named operations manager at Warfel Construction in East Petersburg, PA. He was formerly the manager of construction at Emory Hill & Co.
