PA Act 32 & Local Income Tax Withholding: The local income tax withholding determination has been automated as part of the payroll process. It is critical that all employees regardless of whether they live in or outside of Philadelphia verify on TUportal their permanent address and provide confirmation of their work location. Read more.
W-2 Forms: 2012 Form W-2 – Employee Wage and Tax Statement will be available electronically on the ADP W-2 Website or sent via US mail by January 31. Read more.
New Employment and Income Verification Process: The university has partnered with THE WORK NUMBER, a service provided by Equifax, to perform all employment and income verifications for current and former university employees. Read more.

Honor Roll: A new and improved Honor Roll is live at giving.temple.edu/honorroll. This upgraded database features far greater functionality than its predecessor, including new sub-lists for giving societies and constituent types, and the ability to search by name, degree, giving society and other options.
Facilities Update: As of February 1 we have successfully completed the reorganization of TASB employees. Attached you will find an updated floor plan to assist in finding the new location of these employees. See attachment.
Alumni Relations Update:
- Alumni Weekend 2013: Online registration for Alumni Weekend will open to the general public on March 1. In preparation of its launch, all of Institutional Advancement is invited to participate in online registration testing.
- TUAA Philadelphia Chapter: The Temple University Alumni Association (TUAA) is pleased to launch a regional chapter located right in Temple’s backyard, Philadelphia. To help ensure that the chapter develops programming that benefits its constituents, local alumni are invited to complete a brief, three question survey.

Stewardship Update:
- Wachman Society Wine Reception and Flower Show: March 6, 5:30 PM at Pennsylvania Convention Center. Invitations have been mailed. All fundraisers who plan to attend must notify Shauna Goodman by February 27.
- Kimmel Center Concert: March 24, 2:30 PM. All Acres of Diamonds Circle members and Endowed Fund Contacts invited. Invitations to be mailed at the end of this month. All fundraisers who plan to attend must notify Rachel Lippoff by March 15.
- Online Honor Roll: Now live for Fiscal Year 2012 at giving.temple.edu/honorroll.
- Valentine’s Postcard: Student-designed Valentine’s Day postcard mailed to all Temple couples who have given $100 or more in FY12 or FY13 (with the exception of the names asked to be removed from the mailing list by DOD’s).
