Facilities Update: One of the positive outcomes of our expanding staff is we need to rethink our office space and structure in TASB. To this end, Institutional Advancement has implemented a moving plan. Click here for more information on the new IA seating arrangement.
Prospect Research and Gift Accounting: Many of you work closely with your deans to cultivate and solicit key donors for departmental support. If you would like to provide them with access to Self Service Banner (SSB) for the most current information and contact history for prospects, please contact Joan Steiner at 7-4655 or jsteiner@temple.edu. Stewardship Update: Mark your calendars for the 2013 Wachman Society Reception at the Philadelphia International Flower Show on March 6. Invitations to be mailed out later this month. Click here for stewardship ideas/suggestions for your top level donors, including:

Reeher Training: A representative from Reeher will be visiting on Thursday, February 14 to conduct hour-long training/refresher sessions. This training is designed for individuals or small groups (2-3 participants). This is not meant to train groups of more than three persons. Read more.
IA Review: Dr. Theobald has asked the Institutional Advancement division to participate in a review of our advancement efforts. The review will be conducted by several current and former members of the Indiana University Foundation and will span everything from organizational structure and fundraising results to our communications, alumni relations and stewardship efforts.
